We recently released a new model description of our DSS induced Colitis model in mice.

This model is a good tool for investigation of effects of novel therapies for Chron Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. DSS in drinking water induces intestinal inflammation allowing pro inflammatory intestinal content into the underlying tissue.
